HOW DO I BOOK YOU FOR MY EVENT?
Once you provide the total number of services needed and the getting ready location, we will provide you with a contract to sign and submit. A non-refundable $400 deposit is required to secure your date. Dates are reserved by a first come first serve basis, so the date will be up for grabs until a deposit is placed.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER MY BOOKING?
Once the deposit is made, the total number of services reserved for the event date cannot be cancelled. Additional services may be added but booked services cannot be removed. If services must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the remaining payment for the services reserved must still be paid in full, regardless of cancellation.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT FOR BOOKINGS?
A $1,000 minimum is required to book the wedding date. Trials, engagement shoot sessions and travel costs do not count towards the minimum. Special event and trial sessions do not require a minimum but are only held at the studio.
HOW/WHEN SHOULD I BOOK A TRIAL?
Trials can be reserved when the deposit is made or can be added later on. They are only taken place at the home studio in Chino Hills, mainly on weekday mornings/early afternoons. It is recommended that you have your trial at least 1-2 months prior to your wedding date.
CAN I USE MY TRIAL HAIR AND MAKEUP FOR MY ENGAGEMENT SHOOT?
Yes, you can use your trial hair and makeup for your engagement shoot. Trials include one hair and makeup style, and any additional changes/styles to the hair or makeup will be charged. If you would like a different look for your wedding day, it is recommended that you book another trial.
HOW MUCH IS YOUR TRAVEL FEE AND HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?
Travel will be charged $1 per mile from the artists’ address, with a $25 minimum charge. Locations 40+ miles one way will be charged $1.50 per mile. Additional travel costs will incur for assistants if necessary. Destination weddings and weddings further than 65+ miles one way can be discussed, with accommodated lodging and flights.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK YOU?
At the moment, we are not booking further than a year and a half out in advance. Our calendar does fill up quickly, so we highly recommend booking as soon as possible.
